New noodle bar a big hit

In an attempt to further the dining experience for the pupils at Coombe Boys School, Ollie Hoile has used the street food recipes to introduce a "Cooked-to-order noodle bar".

The bar includes a selection of vegetables ranging from mushrooms to courgette as well as chicken, which is flavoured with a selection of sauces.

Ollie said "The uptake from day one was remarkable. I expected nothing but was interested to test the idea. Chicken and roast potatoes are a stalwart favourite and teenage boys are not known for experimenting with new food. As soon as this offer was seen it was leapt on and we sold out. Since then we’ve been putting the noodle bar on twice a week."
