Grinling Gibbons pupils get growing
They gave them to chef, Chris Roberts and asked what he and the team could produce with them for lunch.
Chris decided on a broad bean bruschetta and a broad bean salad with a wild garlic dressing, which was put on the salad bar that lunchtime. The bruschetta was available for all to taste. He said “Everyone really enjoyed it and the students can’t wait until they can go and pick more vegetables and see what we can produce next time.”
